😂😂 But for real, the best New Year's resolutions are those that are quantifiable! Resolutions like "hit the gym more" or "lose weight" are vague and leave us without a way to monitor our progress. Butttt "run a 7-minute mile" or "lose 5 pounds each month" are great because they're objective, wayyyy more likely to be achieved. Whatever the personal goals are, making them quantifiable keeps us accountable by giving a tangible measure to track over time! ⌛️📅🎉 HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 🎉🎉 Here's to many more 😂 in 2019
